Right of withdrawal
As of 20 October 2026. This English text is a translation for convenience; the German version (Widerrufsbelehrung) is legally binding. As a consumer, you can withdraw from a Bellchain subscription (Pro, Trader or Community). The instructions and the form below follow the statutory model.
Withdrawal instructions
Right of withdrawal
You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason.
The withdrawal period will expire after 14 days from the day of the conclusion of the contract.
To exercise the right of withdrawal, you must inform us (Bjoern Blomquist, c/o JL Consulting Group GmbH #1797, Zürcherstrasse 84, 8852 Altendorf, Switzerland, email: hello@bellchain.app) of your decision to withdraw from this contract by an unequivocal statement (e.g. a letter sent by post or e-mail). You may use the attached model withdrawal form, but it is not obligatory. You can also exercise your right of withdrawal online at app.bellchain.app/contracts/withdraw (“Withdraw from contract” at the bottom of every page of the app and the website). If you use this online function, we will send you an acknowledgement of receipt on a durable medium (e.g. by e-mail) without delay, with information on the content of your statement of withdrawal and the date and time of its receipt.
To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning your exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.
Effects of withdrawal
If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse to you all payments received from you, including the costs of delivery (with the exception of the supplementary costs resulting from your choice of a type of delivery other than the least expensive type of standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days from the day on which we are informed about your decision to withdraw from this contract. We will carry out such reimbursement using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise; in any event, you will not incur any fees as a result of such reimbursement.

What this means at Bellchain
- The conclusion of the contract is the day you subscribe. If you try Pro, it is the day the trial starts: the period then runs into the first 7 paid days. For a crypto prepayment, it is the day your payment reaches us.
- The easiest way is “Withdraw from contract” at the bottom of every page, without signing in, or signed in under Settings → Plan and billing. Your subscription then ends right away.
- You get back everything you paid for the subscription, including for days you already used it. We don’t charge for the time until the withdrawal.
- Link handles the payment, Stripe’s payment service (terms of use, section 1.3). We accept your withdrawal, end the subscription and have Link refund the money to the payment method you paid with. You can also declare the withdrawal to Link.
- If you paid with crypto, we transfer the same amount in the same token to a Solana address you give us for this; we bear the network fee. We ask for an address you control yourself, because the sending address may belong to an exchange (terms of use, section 6.13).
- After the period, you can cancel at any time via “Cancel contracts here” at the bottom of every page. What applies then is in the terms of use, section 7.
